The conference registration covers 2 nights with breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 coffees as well as all the scientific and social activities of the Symposium, including the Gala dinner on Thursday.

The rooms provided for the participants are newly refurbished with Finnish natural design, rather spacious (16-21 m2), with a covered balcony and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are non-smoking and twin-bedded; in case, the beds can be pulled together.

There are four price categories for the Symposium:

I - academic MSc & PhD students (double room - shared) - 320 €

II - industrial MSc & PhD students (double room - shared) - 380 €

III - academic participants (single room) - 480 €

IV - industrial participants (single room) - 600 €

Any MSc & PhD student paying the category III or IV fee would be assigned a single room.

A fee for a non-attendee companion would be 170 € / 120 € (sharing I and II / III and IV) including breakfasts and 2 lunches but excluding the Gala dinner. A separate ticket to the Gala dinner can be bought at a price that will be announced later.
